NextGen Wine Competition for Millennial Wine Drinkers

Vineyard and Winery Management magazine is calling for entries for The NextGen Wine Competition for Millennial Wine Drinkers. This competition was established in 2007 to provide young wine drinkers with a public forum for declaring their tastes. Enter by May 24. More info at

Chairman Giovanni Balistreri is co-owner, general manager and assistant winemaker at Russian River Vineyards in Sonoma County. He helps operate Balistreri Family Vineyard, and has judged several wine competitions including NextGen, West Coast Wine Competition, Pinot Noir Shootout, Sonoma County Harvest Fair, and North of the Gate Wine Competition. Contact

All judges range from 21-35 years of age and include chefs, winemakers, sommeliers, wine educators, bloggers, media and other qualified wine professionals from the Millennial Generation.
